Yes, I'm crazy for cupcakes...

and so are these people. I'm not alone in my cupcake craze. I don't know what it is about cupcakes, but I love them!!! I found this blog and I have to share it with you. Great cupcake ideas and if you're hungry, don't check it out just yet. The blog is Cupcakes Take The Cake. I can't wait to sit and go through it in more detail.

And you know how I love Sprinkles, I hate to cheat on them, but I did find some other cupcakes that are pretty dang good too. AJ's carries them and they also have some cookies too. They are made by Tammie Coe Cakes. The cupcakes are called ooey gooey cupcakes. They will satisfy my cupcake need, since AJ's is much closer to my house than Sprinkles.

And can I also mention just how much I hate, hate cupcake cakes. What the heck? You either have a cake, or cupcakes. Not both! It ruins the cuteness of cupcakes. The only exception is a cake shaped like a cupcake. And speaking of that, have I told you how bad I want the cake pan from Williams-Sonoma that is in the shape of a large cupcake? Well check it out here. It is absoulutely adorable. I have got to have it!

Here are pictures of the invitations for Kassie's 13th Birthday party. I had so much fun making them. Hum...maybe because I used my three favorite colors, maybe because I like to make invitations, or maybe it's just because I LOVE to plan parties. Either way, here is a sneak peak. Part II of "My life through my iPhone. Saturday was the Marcos De Niza Homecoming! Kassie and Aaron had a blast! I was able to finish Kassie's ballroom shoes on Sunday. It was spirit week for Corona del Sol and on Monday it was TV character day. She dressed as Blaire Waldorf from Gossip Girl. Corona had a bon fire on Thursday, and the Pommies performed a hip hop routine. Here is a picture I stole from Instagram. On Saturday evening, the kids decided to carve pumpkins. Here is Nachito and Chanel getting ready to carve. Kassie and her friend Amanda did some carving too! These may not be great posts, but it's a start.

Blog Remodel

I am also looking forward to my Blog Remodel. Danielle over at The Design Girl is re-doing my blog. I can't wait to see it. I looked at a lot of Blog designers, and her site was definetly my favorite. If you are interested in customizing your blog, I highly suggest her. I have been on her waiting list for a few weeks now, and I have watched as my name moves closer to the top. And just this weekend, I got to pick my new kit. And, I also changed the name of my Blog. I have been really trying to come up with something that is more "Me". And I am really happy with my choice. Hopefully it will be up and running soon. Keep checking back to see my new blog.
