Product #3

I love the cold weather, but I also hate the cold weather for one reason. My skin gets so dry. Sometimes it gets so dry, that it is painful. I hate when you have dry and ashy skin. So, there is this body lotion. I absolutely love it, did I say love it? I mean I really, really love this body cream. It takes away my painful skaly skin, and makes it feel baby soft. The one downside to loving this cream so much, is that I can no longer find it locally. It is sold by one of the lines that I fell in love with in high school. At the time it was called Princess Marcella Borghese. Now it goes by just Borghese. I used a lot of their products. Their packaging was so regal to me. Black, twisted laquer lipstick cases. The lipstick itself was spiraled. The compacts matched and the clasp to open them had a little red jewel. The holiday sets were the best, and packaged in either silver or gold. Ohhh, how I miss this line being in department stores. Oh, sorry, back to the body lotion. Tono Body Creme it's called. The smell is that of a spa. And again, it hydrates so well and feels so nice afterward. In all actuality, their whole spa line is amazing. To purchase the Tono Body Creme go to http://www.borghese.com/. Have a look around the website, they really do have great products that come to you all the way from Italy, but manufactured in NYC.

*my mom gave me a little tip, she says that they sometimes sell Borghese on QVC. She says that they even have some nice sets for sale. So if you watch QVC, you might get lucky.

vous êtes conviés

Here are pictures of the invitations for Kassie's 13th Birthday party. I had so much fun making them. Hum...maybe because I used my three favorite colors, maybe because I like to make invitations, or maybe it's just because I LOVE to plan parties. Either way, here is a sneak peak. Sorry the pictures are so bad, my camera is dead and I used my phone.

My life through my iPhone 2

Part II of "My life through my iPhone.                    Saturday was the Marcos De Niza Homecoming!  Kassie and Aaron had a blast!  I was able to finish Kassie's ballroom shoes on Sunday. It was spirit week for Corona del Sol and on Monday it was TV character day.  She dressed as Blaire Waldorf from Gossip Girl.  Corona had a bon fire on Thursday, and the Pommies performed a hip hop routine.  Here is a picture I stole from Instagram. On Saturday evening, the kids decided to carve pumpkins.  Here is Nachito and Chanel getting ready to carve. Kassie and her friend Amanda did some carving too!  These may not be great posts, but it's a start.

Just how long has it been? A long, long time....

Not so much of a Blogaholic. I almost feel the need to change the name of my poor little blog. It has sat here deserted with no updates and no pictures. I think about it everyday, yet I can't seem to find the time to come back to it. My intention for my blog was to document so much of our days and lives. And yet, I have let months go by without one little entry. There is no way my mind can remember everything that has happened since my last post. So much missed. The majority of Kai's 8th grade year, and the majority of Nachito's 5th grade year. Not to mention how many holidays and important events I have missed. Trips and of course Birthday parties. Somehow I need to find the time to record these events, and even if I have to back date them, I will document them at some point. This week is a tough school week for the kids. AIMS testing for both of them. Today they both felt very good about how they did. Nothing much has changed in Kai's world. She still dances, still c...
