Product Numero Uno!!!

It was really, really hard to decide on my first product. Then, I remembered that Sephora has a limited edition size of it right now. I thought, if you decide to get it, you get a bigger bang for your buck!! So here it is. It is a foundation primer from Smashbox. It is called Photo Finish Foundation Primer. This product, goes on before your foundation, it makes your skin feel like silk. When you apply your liquid foundation, it looks smooth and flawless. I have tried a lot of primers, from many different companies, but this one is certainly the best. Again, this is my opinion, and people may not agree. You can purchase this product on http://www.smashbox.com/, you could also go to a Smashbox counter at Nordstrom, http://www.sephora.com/, or at a Sephora store. Sephora and Sephora online have a 2 oz tube for $49. A 1 oz bottle will cost you $36. It is a great savings to buy the 2 oz. If you want to just try it first, Sephora also has a travel size for $16 (I believe, maybe less, not positive.) There are also several formulas, I like the original the best. Well, that is my first product review. Hope you enjoy, and if not, make sure and comment about it. I am always looking for new products.

vous êtes conviés

Here are pictures of the invitations for Kassie's 13th Birthday party. I had so much fun making them. Hum...maybe because I used my three favorite colors, maybe because I like to make invitations, or maybe it's just because I LOVE to plan parties. Either way, here is a sneak peak. Sorry the pictures are so bad, my camera is dead and I used my phone.

My life through my iPhone 2

Part II of "My life through my iPhone.                    Saturday was the Marcos De Niza Homecoming!  Kassie and Aaron had a blast!  I was able to finish Kassie's ballroom shoes on Sunday. It was spirit week for Corona del Sol and on Monday it was TV character day.  She dressed as Blaire Waldorf from Gossip Girl.  Corona had a bon fire on Thursday, and the Pommies performed a hip hop routine.  Here is a picture I stole from Instagram. On Saturday evening, the kids decided to carve pumpkins.  Here is Nachito and Chanel getting ready to carve. Kassie and her friend Amanda did some carving too!  These may not be great posts, but it's a start.

Just how long has it been? A long, long time....

Not so much of a Blogaholic. I almost feel the need to change the name of my poor little blog. It has sat here deserted with no updates and no pictures. I think about it everyday, yet I can't seem to find the time to come back to it. My intention for my blog was to document so much of our days and lives. And yet, I have let months go by without one little entry. There is no way my mind can remember everything that has happened since my last post. So much missed. The majority of Kai's 8th grade year, and the majority of Nachito's 5th grade year. Not to mention how many holidays and important events I have missed. Trips and of course Birthday parties. Somehow I need to find the time to record these events, and even if I have to back date them, I will document them at some point. This week is a tough school week for the kids. AIMS testing for both of them. Today they both felt very good about how they did. Nothing much has changed in Kai's world. She still dances, still c...
