No pancakes yet...

I found a product that will help me with my plan to make pancakes in the morning. (No, I haven't done it yet.) As I was browsing through AJ's the other night, I found these in the refrigerator section. Already made pancake batter that you refrigerate! And, you can use it to make waffles too. I'm off to a good start. Now, if Buddy would only bring back my Presto Griddle, that I happen to like back. He borrowed it months ago to make breakfast for the guys down at APS. I still haven't seen it. They have officially kidnapped my griddle. I want it back! So that I can make the kids pancakes in the morning, until then, my hands are tied. Sorry kids. If anyone trys this product before me, let me know how it works.

Neisha...i bought those from Costco awhile back. The kids freaked out that someone, other than their DAD, made pancakes! I though they were good...they however prefers daddy's. Whatever :) XO Trish

This is a great idea. Sal also told me after reading post that he has seen this at Costco too. I avoid Costco at all costs. I did get my griddle back though, so I have no more excuses. LOL
BTW, miss you, we need to get together soon!!

vous êtes conviés

Here are pictures of the invitations for Kassie's 13th Birthday party. I had so much fun making them. Hum...maybe because I used my three favorite colors, maybe because I like to make invitations, or maybe it's just because I LOVE to plan parties. Either way, here is a sneak peak. Sorry the pictures are so bad, my camera is dead and I used my phone.

My life through my iPhone 2

Part II of "My life through my iPhone.                    Saturday was the Marcos De Niza Homecoming!  Kassie and Aaron had a blast!  I was able to finish Kassie's ballroom shoes on Sunday. It was spirit week for Corona del Sol and on Monday it was TV character day.  She dressed as Blaire Waldorf from Gossip Girl.  Corona had a bon fire on Thursday, and the Pommies performed a hip hop routine.  Here is a picture I stole from Instagram. On Saturday evening, the kids decided to carve pumpkins.  Here is Nachito and Chanel getting ready to carve. Kassie and her friend Amanda did some carving too!  These may not be great posts, but it's a start.

Just how long has it been? A long, long time....

Not so much of a Blogaholic. I almost feel the need to change the name of my poor little blog. It has sat here deserted with no updates and no pictures. I think about it everyday, yet I can't seem to find the time to come back to it. My intention for my blog was to document so much of our days and lives. And yet, I have let months go by without one little entry. There is no way my mind can remember everything that has happened since my last post. So much missed. The majority of Kai's 8th grade year, and the majority of Nachito's 5th grade year. Not to mention how many holidays and important events I have missed. Trips and of course Birthday parties. Somehow I need to find the time to record these events, and even if I have to back date them, I will document them at some point. This week is a tough school week for the kids. AIMS testing for both of them. Today they both felt very good about how they did. Nothing much has changed in Kai's world. She still dances, still c...
