Yogurtini anyone???

So, I had to meet a friend during my lunch hour for a business tranasaction. Totally legal, I swear. She bought some Jazz shoes for her daughter from me and I was dropping them off. She was having her nails done at UNI on Rural and University. As I was driving off, I saw a sign that caught my attention. It was for Yogurt. I thought the name was so cute. My car just parked by itself, was that a hint? So, I listened to my car and I went to check it out. This is what I found, I very hip self serve yogurt bar. You pick your cup size, then you self serve yourself one of the many frozen yogurt flavors. (I picked the Yogurtini Tart) and then you make your way to the toppings bar. They have anything you can imagine. Fresh fruit, granola, almonds, syrups, cereals etc. Then, when you are done with your toppings, you lay your Yogurtini on the scale, they weigh it, you pay, and you enjoy!!! Here is the link to Yogurtini, you will absolutely love it!! And, by the looks of it, there are four more locations in the works.
This post reminds of another similar place that I used to love to go to. I haven't been there in forever. Now I'm going to have to plan a trip there. It is called Cereality. It used to be located on the ASU campus. They closed that location, and now it is in Phoenix. It is like Yogurtini, except with cereal. They have many different cereal flavors, and lots of toppings. You can even mix and match. One topping that I thought was pretty cool are the marshmallows from Lucky Charms. You can add them to your Corn Flakes if you want. Check out Cereality here.

vous êtes conviés

Here are pictures of the invitations for Kassie's 13th Birthday party. I had so much fun making them. Hum...maybe because I used my three favorite colors, maybe because I like to make invitations, or maybe it's just because I LOVE to plan parties. Either way, here is a sneak peak. Sorry the pictures are so bad, my camera is dead and I used my phone.

My life through my iPhone 2

Part II of "My life through my iPhone.                    Saturday was the Marcos De Niza Homecoming!  Kassie and Aaron had a blast!  I was able to finish Kassie's ballroom shoes on Sunday. It was spirit week for Corona del Sol and on Monday it was TV character day.  She dressed as Blaire Waldorf from Gossip Girl.  Corona had a bon fire on Thursday, and the Pommies performed a hip hop routine.  Here is a picture I stole from Instagram. On Saturday evening, the kids decided to carve pumpkins.  Here is Nachito and Chanel getting ready to carve. Kassie and her friend Amanda did some carving too!  These may not be great posts, but it's a start.

Blog Remodel

I am also looking forward to my Blog Remodel. Danielle over at The Design Girl is re-doing my blog. I can't wait to see it. I looked at a lot of Blog designers, and her site was definetly my favorite. If you are interested in customizing your blog, I highly suggest her. I have been on her waiting list for a few weeks now, and I have watched as my name moves closer to the top. And just this weekend, I got to pick my new kit. And, I also changed the name of my Blog. I have been really trying to come up with something that is more "Me". And I am really happy with my choice. Hopefully it will be up and running soon. Keep checking back to see my new blog.
