Fabulous Fridays

I'm still planning on doing Flashback Friday, but I didn't have a chance to scan any pictures yet. I will do it at some point tonight.

In the mean time though, I've joined in on the fun over at Well, That's Just Fabulous, Danielle's blog. Click on the the button bellow to join in on the fun too.
Danielle started this a few weeks ago, and it's the first time I participate. It sounds like a lot of fun. Everyone should join in.

Danielle is also having a great giveaway. She just launched a new line of stationary, and it is adorable. I love it. I plan on placing an order real soon!
This week's Fabulous Friday is....Fabulous Sunglasses!Post a picture of your glasses (or of you in your glasses). You can say who they are if you want to, but if you don't, that's fine! If you have a story to go along with why or how you got them, go ahead and share that, too.

Here is my Fabulous Friday post.

These are my current sunglasses (in black). I have had them for two years now. They are Juicy Couture and at that time, they were Fabulous. After reading Danielle's post, I am so jealous because she owns the pair of sunglasses that I have been wanting for a while now. Do you remember this post? It was my Mother's Day wish list. Well, I obviously didn't get the sunglasses. I did try them on last week, again..... No, Buddy isn't being a bad husband. It's just that right around Mother's Day, all the entry fees for Kai's Nationals were due, and let me just say, that was enough to buy me two pairs of Tom Ford's. So, I did what every mom does. I opted for no gift, and I enjoyed quality time with my family (smile). And who knows, maybe this post will finally get me my sunglasses, so thank you to Danielle for her Fabulous Friday's. (Hopefully)

I think your glasses are really cute, and I think you're an amazing mom. I would have done the same thing. Of course, I don't have kids, so I did buy the glasses. Haha. But when I do, my family will always come first.

vous êtes conviés

Here are pictures of the invitations for Kassie's 13th Birthday party. I had so much fun making them. Hum...maybe because I used my three favorite colors, maybe because I like to make invitations, or maybe it's just because I LOVE to plan parties. Either way, here is a sneak peak. Sorry the pictures are so bad, my camera is dead and I used my phone.

My life through my iPhone 2

Part II of "My life through my iPhone.                    Saturday was the Marcos De Niza Homecoming!  Kassie and Aaron had a blast!  I was able to finish Kassie's ballroom shoes on Sunday. It was spirit week for Corona del Sol and on Monday it was TV character day.  She dressed as Blaire Waldorf from Gossip Girl.  Corona had a bon fire on Thursday, and the Pommies performed a hip hop routine.  Here is a picture I stole from Instagram. On Saturday evening, the kids decided to carve pumpkins.  Here is Nachito and Chanel getting ready to carve. Kassie and her friend Amanda did some carving too!  These may not be great posts, but it's a start.

Just how long has it been? A long, long time....

Not so much of a Blogaholic. I almost feel the need to change the name of my poor little blog. It has sat here deserted with no updates and no pictures. I think about it everyday, yet I can't seem to find the time to come back to it. My intention for my blog was to document so much of our days and lives. And yet, I have let months go by without one little entry. There is no way my mind can remember everything that has happened since my last post. So much missed. The majority of Kai's 8th grade year, and the majority of Nachito's 5th grade year. Not to mention how many holidays and important events I have missed. Trips and of course Birthday parties. Somehow I need to find the time to record these events, and even if I have to back date them, I will document them at some point. This week is a tough school week for the kids. AIMS testing for both of them. Today they both felt very good about how they did. Nothing much has changed in Kai's world. She still dances, still c...
