Cool finds.....

So it's almost one in the morning and I can't seem to fall asleep. I was doing some Internet window shopping and I came across the coolest stuff. I love to share because I get a lot of cool ideas from other blogs as well.

First, I found these fabulous shoes that I must have. They are from Anthropologie. I think they are so cute....don't you?

Then, I was checking out office supplies at See Jane Work and I came across two cool products. First are CD labels and sleeves that make your CD's look like vintage records. How cute are they? This would be perfect for an 80's inspired birthday party. Ooooohhhh I just had an idea. I will have to follow up on that one. If you are interested in these, click right here.
Then, I happened across these adorable eraser/pencil sharpeners. They are in the shape of Gummy Bears. I wonder if they smell like Gummy Bears? I might just order these for the kids. I'm sure they would get a kick out of them. To order these, click on here.


And now to my favorite finds of the evening. What could be better than two of my favorite things combined into one. Make-up & Twilight...that's right. Twilight Beauty Products will launch two separate lines and they will hit stores on September 15th. Here are pictures of the two lines. First Luna Twilight. It consists of four make-up palettes. I love the outside of the case. By looking at the colors, my favorites are the Bella and Rosalie palettes. The Alice has too much pink for my taste. The Victoria one is nice too, but plums are not really my favorite. Next is the Volturi Twilight line. This consists of colored mascara, shimmery shadows and lip glosses. I'm lovin' all the cool stuff you found on the internet. My kids would love those cute Gummy Bear Eraser Sharpeners! I'm just afraid that they might eat a few!

Good things come to those who wait...

I was having one of those bad Mondays. One of those Mondays when everything seems to be going wrong. 1. Our phones at the office are not working. 2. Statements went out over the weekend and angry patients are calling to complain. 3. My coffee got cold and I had to throw it away, and now I have a caffeine headache. 4. Where do I begin???

After a long absence from my blog, I am finally sitting down to post. So much has happened in the past month that I honestly don't know where to begin. December 23, 2009 turned my world upside down. My mom suffered a minor heart attack, and was taken by ambulance to Chandler Regional Hospital. When I arrived, she was in good shape, and she was talking. They ordered a CT Scan of her chest. When she got back to the ER from her test, every thing that could have gone wrong, did. She suffered another heart attack, this one was much worse. She was in-tubated and things were not looking very good for her. The next few days were spent waiting for tests to be run, consulting with Dr.s and praying. A lot of praying. We were finally told that she would need to undergo a quadruple bypass. There was a problem with that, because she was in critical condition. Her kidneys were failing, her blood pressure was to high, as was her blood sugar. And, she was to weak. The surgeon said that we would
