Stocking stuffer, gift exchange, or just because.

Introducing..............Card Cubby
This year, my sisters and I are exchanging very small gifts with each other. I was trying to find something cute and useful. The other day, I was looking through the gift idea section in People magazine and I saw the cutest gift card/frequent buyer cards/coupon organizer. I went online to look at it, and I absolutely loved it. I ordered one for each of my sisters, and then I had to get one for me too. (Oops, I might have just spoiled the surprise for them, but I couldn't help but share.)

I always have my gift cards a mess in my purse, and I use the punch cards from stores, and then, I never seem to find it when I want to use it. Perfect place for Michael's and Joann's coupons too. The best part is the dividers. You can even use it for business cards. I like that its small and won't take up to much space in an already crowded purse. It comes in several colors. I ordered the red ones, because I think that they will be easier to spot when you look in your bag. They also have some fun accessories for it. Like a photo holder and a notepad. It's very cool.

It's a perfect gift for a teacher, or for a gift exchange. To order one of these, click here.

If I come across more cool stuff, I will add to blog. What can I say? I'm just trying to be a good little elf.

vous êtes conviés

Here are pictures of the invitations for Kassie's 13th Birthday party. I had so much fun making them. Hum...maybe because I used my three favorite colors, maybe because I like to make invitations, or maybe it's just because I LOVE to plan parties. Either way, here is a sneak peak. Sorry the pictures are so bad, my camera is dead and I used my phone.

My life through my iPhone 2

Part II of "My life through my iPhone.                    Saturday was the Marcos De Niza Homecoming!  Kassie and Aaron had a blast!  I was able to finish Kassie's ballroom shoes on Sunday. It was spirit week for Corona del Sol and on Monday it was TV character day.  She dressed as Blaire Waldorf from Gossip Girl.  Corona had a bon fire on Thursday, and the Pommies performed a hip hop routine.  Here is a picture I stole from Instagram. On Saturday evening, the kids decided to carve pumpkins.  Here is Nachito and Chanel getting ready to carve. Kassie and her friend Amanda did some carving too!  These may not be great posts, but it's a start.

Flashback Friday

Joining in with Alicia again. Head on over to her blog to participate. You can get there by clicking here . As promised, I will countdown Kai's birthdays parties every Friday from now on until we reach her 13th Birthday. Come join in Disney fun as Kassandra Paulyna turns one! Saturday, September 6, 1997 From day one, Kai was always smiling. Her cake was made by my sister Ana. Her piñata was bigger than she was. Two pages from her scrapbook, which I haven't kept up with, hence the blog. Kai's first birthday was bitter sweet. I had been planning it for about four months. At the time I was a stay at home mommy and I had nothing better to do. It was bitter sweet, because my dad had passed away two weeks prior to her party. We really considered moving the date or cancelling the party all together, but my mom said that my dad would not want that. So we went ahead with the party. At the time, we lived in Douglas, and parties in Douglas tend to be pretty big. We rented a dan...
