"My life through my iPhone"

Here I the first post of "My life through my iPhone". I will publish a week of iPhone pictures. It will at least record important, and maybe not so important things in my life. It's a small start, but at least it's a start.
Kassie was asked to Marcos De Niza's Homecoming.  I took a snap shot of her dress from the site I ordered it from.  She picked purple.
The Homecoming dance has a masquerade theme.  These are the masks that I made for her and her date.  I took a picture of them so that I could text it to her dates mom.
I was asked by the Mountain Pointe Spiritline's captain to make her team pink breast cancer awareness cheer bows.  I made the rhinestone ribbon too!  I forgot to take a picture of them, so I found a picture of one on Instagram.  So....I took a screen shot.
Kassie has a ballroom competition coming up in November.  Her instructor told me that I had to rhinestone her heels.  So, I did!  I took a picture of them to show him.  I didn't add any to the straps, because it was my first time to rhinestone ballroom shoes.  He liked them, but said I needed to add stones to the straps as well.

So, there is a weeks worth of iPhone pictures.  I think I may like these posts.

vous êtes conviés

Here are pictures of the invitations for Kassie's 13th Birthday party. I had so much fun making them. Hum...maybe because I used my three favorite colors, maybe because I like to make invitations, or maybe it's just because I LOVE to plan parties. Either way, here is a sneak peak. Sorry the pictures are so bad, my camera is dead and I used my phone.

My life through my iPhone 2

Part II of "My life through my iPhone.                    Saturday was the Marcos De Niza Homecoming!  Kassie and Aaron had a blast!  I was able to finish Kassie's ballroom shoes on Sunday. It was spirit week for Corona del Sol and on Monday it was TV character day.  She dressed as Blaire Waldorf from Gossip Girl.  Corona had a bon fire on Thursday, and the Pommies performed a hip hop routine.  Here is a picture I stole from Instagram. On Saturday evening, the kids decided to carve pumpkins.  Here is Nachito and Chanel getting ready to carve. Kassie and her friend Amanda did some carving too!  These may not be great posts, but it's a start.

Flashback Friday

Joining in with Alicia again. Head on over to her blog to participate. You can get there by clicking here . As promised, I will countdown Kai's birthdays parties every Friday from now on until we reach her 13th Birthday. Come join in Disney fun as Kassandra Paulyna turns one! Saturday, September 6, 1997 From day one, Kai was always smiling. Her cake was made by my sister Ana. Her piñata was bigger than she was. Two pages from her scrapbook, which I haven't kept up with, hence the blog. Kai's first birthday was bitter sweet. I had been planning it for about four months. At the time I was a stay at home mommy and I had nothing better to do. It was bitter sweet, because my dad had passed away two weeks prior to her party. We really considered moving the date or cancelling the party all together, but my mom said that my dad would not want that. So we went ahead with the party. At the time, we lived in Douglas, and parties in Douglas tend to be pretty big. We rented a dan...
